Tactical Combat Casualty Care
WHO'S IT FOR?
WE CAN TRAVEL
We are a 5-star rated TCCC training company dedicated to training excellence. The core of all our efforts is the educational value we bring to all our students. Since we are a veteran-run company, we have all served our country as functioning members of the U.S. Military or DoD/DoS Private security contractors. Some still do full-time and teach for the DoD. Many of us have served multiple deployments, and some still carry the wounds we have seen. Our expertise in TCCC is undisputed and unmatched by any civilian training company.
This training is not a standard TCCC course taught per the DHA/JTS curriculum. This training is customized by considering your unit's mission and students' medical/non-medical backgrounds.
Unlike our standard Enhanced 30-hour Three-day Tactical Combat Casualty Care course, this training offers a hands-on approach to TCCC training that has very few if any PowerPoints, lots of hands-on skills, and customized high-end battle simulated scenarios if the client chooses them.
Our Enhanced TCCC training is suited for any military unit wanting an outstanding TCCC learning experience that could be used to prepare for overseas deployment.
Custom TCCC Training
there are many facets to Tactical Combat Casualty Care training. We will cover the following outline that involves exposure to a lot of medical gear and hands-on skills stations featuring the crawl, walk run principles of learning. Each topic will build upon the previous so that the student is very clear on the most important aspects of TCCC care.
1. Medical equipment overview/review
2. Hands-on skills stations following breaking down the M.A.R.C.H. Algorithm
3. Dynamics of Care Under Fire (CUF)
4. Lifts Carries, Moves, and Drags
5. Site security, Comms
6. Tactical Field Care (TFC) of the injured (moulaged volunteers)
8. MASCAL considerations
9. Evac, Prepare for Evac,
10. Medical Documentation
The base customized TCCC course includes 1 x Day of customized scenarios to match your unit's mission set. This will involve our moulage team applying custom wounds to volunteers—various types of Pyrotechnics, including Bangs, Smoke, Sounds, and gunfire. Details of the pyros can be discussed in the customization of your course.
Additional Scenarios? More days of increasingly difficult scenarios can be included into your quote. Want them during the day? Night? On a vessel? In the water? Jungle? We can create them to perfectly align to your mission.
Training Days typically run 9-10 hours each day. Your customized course will dictate the hours offered per your course.
The Majority of our instructor cadre have active security clearances which may allow us to provide training in locations or to individuals requiring such instructors.
The minimum student count is 20 stduents. We can teach smaller groups but the cost maybe cost prohibitive. We can go up to 28 in any one course. Any numbers exceeding 28 will be taught as separate courses.
We are able to travel anywhere in the United States or to conflict zones. Ask yourself why go to a training center and have to adapt to that surrounding when we can come to you and setup right where you will train to fight.
We require up to 30-90 days lead time for any custom/ contract course to set a date for training.
