Tactical Casualty Care
Law Enforcement and First Response Tactical Casualty Care (LEFR-TCC), is offered through NAEMT’s Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support program. This course was developed in collaboration with the Denver Health Department of EMS Education, the Denver Police Departments Metro/SWAT unit, and NAEMT’s Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) Committee.
The course combines the principles of PHTLS and Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and Its curriculum is consistent with the Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) guidelines, and meets the recommendations of the Hartford Consensus document on improving survival from active shooter events.

The LEFR-TCC course teaches public safety first responders (police, law enforcement officers, firefighters, and other first responders) the basic medical care interventions that will help save an injured responder's life until EMS practitioners can safely enter a tactical scene.

Bring a pen & paper to take note, No tactical gear is required we supply everythin you need. Wear comfortable cloths that will allow you to bend over and maintain your diginity, closed toe shoes (no Flip Flops or sandals)
You will receive a NAEMT - LEFR-TCC certificate thats good for 4 years
Law enforcement will receive additional paperwork and additional certificate to apply for 8 hours TCOLE Credits through their agencys training officer.
Your Instructor is hand picked to give you the student a great educational experience. All our instructors are veterans who have served time in harms way during the war in Iraq (OIF) and Afghanistan (OEF). Some are practicing paramedics that are serving as tactical medics on SRT teams, have a military medic background or many years law enforcement experience.
No firearms of any kind permitted during training, this includes legal CHL or open carry. Training is conducted on law enforcement grounds
Exception: Certified Texas Law Enforcement with current commision may do so but must display their agency badge at all times

When completing step 1 & 2 above you're placed onto the roster. This registration portion does not secure your place on the course!
To secure your place on the roster, full payment must be made. It is recommended that you pay at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure that your place is secure.
WE WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL AND BY PHONE IF THE ROSTER IS FILLING. SO YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PAY AND SECURE YOUR PLACE BEFORE WE BUMP YOU OFF. YOU WILL HAVE 48HRS TO MAKE PAYMENT OR LOSE YOUR PLACE TO THE NEXT FULL PAYING CUSTOMER.
