Reflection in Growth
We are about to wrap up another very successful year with just 2 more courses to go here at Tactical Medics Group LLC. But before we do I wanted to reflect on the past 3 years and how far we have come since Nate & I started this journey back in 2012 with an Aid bag, and minimal supplies. Just two guys who had a desire to not only teach but to bring a new level of integrity to a military program which our competitors can not match. When we started money was not, and to this date still not our driving factor. Saving lives and preparing our first responders is! So we set 3 missions for ourselves which would create the pathway to our success. The first mission was to bring attention to detail to everything we do. The second was to improve each and every course we put on. and lastly the third was to become the best TCCC training facility there is. 3 years on and we still have not lost site of our missions, in fact we have just got better at them.
We are also driven to brand ourselves with quality, innovative products that provide you the student or the consumer with the best possible kit. Who would have thought 3 years ago that in the future we would have our own branded TiCN Trauma Shears, Combat Patches, IFAK Kit inserts, and most recently our Challenge Coin which will be provided to each student past or present FREE. I am also the inventor with patent pending status of the Ambidextrous Tourniquet Attachment Kydex or ATAK (www.AtakTQholder.com). A revolutionary product designed to carry your CAT tourniquet like no other product out there. Most recently the inventor of the new mega IFAK kit called the MULTIFAK. Which has no peer in the tactical nylon market.
As a consumer I expect value for my hard earned money, and I expect to learn. Not much to ask for really? So we strive to be the best we can and to bring our years of experience to the front of our class for your benefit. We are not just a group of medics running courses. We are a group of guys who have walked the walk. Everyone of my instructors are hand picked and everyone has a strong commitment to training excellence that they would teach for free if they had too. So putting money in their pockets is not their prime focus, you are!
In the past I have completed many card carrying courses I can tell you that I hate Cookie-Cutter courses and promise you that our TCCC program is far from being one guaranteed!
When we first started Tactical Medics Group we offered continuing education credits to EMS personal only. In early 2015 we gained the support of Alvin Community College Police Academy due to our excellent program so they now process our rosters so all Texas law enforcement officers now gain Texas Commission of Law Enforcement (TCOLE) credits.
We know that you have a choice on who you want to train with. We know that you have a few options. But know that no other training group is more committed to providing you the best possible training experience, no matter what the cost! So check out of testimonial page or contact me direct if you have any questions about what we do or how to join in on one of the best courses around.
What does the future hold for us? We will continue to be the best at what we do. We will continue to be better instructors. All Paramedic Instructors will /should be BCCTPC -Tactical Paramedic Certifed by the end of 2016. We will be bringing on extra courses. The latest one TCCC-AC the first to be held in November. Past students have requested more scenarios. The two we provide in our TCCC course is more than any other on a two day program. So we are looking into providing a scenario day a couple of times a year. Where you can come in and spend a day doing scenarios to top off what you have learnt so far. And there is more to come as I remain focused at improving every facet of this business.
Come join us on our next course and see what the hype is all about!
