The TCCC Instructors course is suited for for those who are veterans that are either prior military medics, or have left the military and gone on to become EMTs that want to have the ability to teach under a coordinator.
Tactical Medics Group is committed to assisting any VETERAN with a PROVEN TACTICAL BACKGROUND who is a current certified Advance EMT or above to become a TCCC instructor. We will not certify any student without it. To ensure integrity in the TCCC program, Tactical Medics Group reserves the right to train or not to train instructor candidates based on their final assessment of the candidate’s background. Potential Instructor Candidates that meet the following verifiable qualifications and experience or equivalence have the best chance of being accepted. Tactical Medics Group Prerequisites
1. Current US or Foreign Military Medic
2. Former US or Foreign Military Medic with NREMT Advanced EMT or STATE Advanced EMT or higher
3. Current SOCOM 18D / PJ
4. Former SOCOM 18D/PJ with NREMT Advanced EMT or STATE Advanced EMT or higher
* VERIFICATION - Produce a copy of their DD214 and Current Advanced EMT Certification;
5. Current or former combat arms MOS with Advanced EMT or Paramedic.
Must have a CURRENT TCCC PROVIDER CARD;
Must have complete the NAEMT online "Instructor Preparatory Course"
Then be accepted as a Instructor candidate by Tactical Medics Group.
All applications will be considered upon review by Tactical Medics Group Director of Training.
1. Eligibility: Individuals who are eligible to become an NAEMT instructor must:
a. Possess a current state EMT or Paramedic license in the state(s) in which they wish to teach;
(*For participants outside of the United States, a current state, provincial or national license is required. It is recognized that affiliate faculty and higher may teach courses in other states or countries at the request of NAEMT.)
b. Have successfully completed the provider course for at least one of NAEMT’s education programs with a minimum passing score as defined for the course on the written test.
c. Hold a current TCCC provider card for that course;
d. Have successfully completed the online NAEMT Instructor Course (Here); and
e. Have Tactical Medics Group LLC submit a successful post course Instructor Application to NAEMT Headquarters for approval.
2) NAEMT Instructor Course:
a. Completion: Successful completion of the NAEMT instructor course is defined as the student having:
i. Participated in the entire online course;
ii. Achieved a minimum passing score (80%) for the course on the online post-test.
b. Recognition: Upon successful completion of the Instructor course, participants will receive a certificate of completion from NAEMT.
c. Continuing Education Credits: Eligible participants who successfully complete the course will receive six (16) hours of CAPCE continuing education credit.
3) Other requirements:
Beyond successful completion of the NAEMT Instructor Course, each NAEMT education program may have additional instructor requirements that will vary between programs. Most programs require that instructor candidates teach their initial provider course monitored by an Affiliate Faculty for the program. Upon completion of this initial course, the Affiliate Faculty will submit a completed monitoring form to NAEMT. If the Instructor Candidate is recommended as an instructor, NAEMT will issue an Instructor certificate and wallet card. This recognition is valid for four years or until the next edition of the course is published, in accordance with NAEMT's education policies.

Delivery and presentation TCCC content that is consistent with the curricula using a variety of course training tools
Assessed on delivery of content and interaction with students in a positive learning manner
Provide correctional feedback with positive reinforcement
enhances the curriculum with supportive experience in relation to various cogintive nad psychomotor topics and more.
Bring a pen & paper to take note, No tactical gear is required we supply everythin you need. If you have your own tactical gear please bring it. Wear comfortable cloths that will allow you to bend over and maintain your diginity, closed toe shoes (no Flip Flops or sandals) and a Change of Clothes and towel fo rinclement weather. Rain will not stop scenarios only lightning!
You will receive a NAEMT - TCCC certificate thats good for 3 years

To maintain your instructor rating you must instruct and be placed on the roster of at least 4 TCCC courses over the 4 year period.
