NAEMT's Tactical Combat Casualty Care course introduces evidence-based, life saving techniques and strategies for providing the best trauma care on the battlefield under the auspices of the PHTLS program. It is the only TCCC course endorsed by the American College of Surgeons.
The Basic Plus TCCC-Medical Provider course has all the bells and whistles of our amazing "Enhanced TCCC- Medical Provider EXCEPT the Scenarios!
This course allows students a more flexible compressed time schedule to meet NAEMT's 16 hours of training for certification. Students who can not commence training on the Friday evening can start earlier on Saturday morning and finish by mid morning on Sunday. Allowing students flexibility with their travel plans to and from the training center.
If you sign up for this course and you cannot make the Friday evening class due to travel. Please contact terry@tacmedgroup.com for alternative plans and timings to get you caught up.
The TCCC course is suited for medical personal, Law Enforcement, EMS providers, first responders, or other allied health professionals. However, sports shooters, hunters, concealed handgun license holders etc will also find it beneficial. Some may find themselves a little overwhelmed by some of the advanced medical procedures covered in this course. Those who complete it will have a firm grasp on what TCCC is all about no matter what your background.

Get your hands on thousands of dollars of kit. If its on the power point its on the table!
Bring a pen & paper to take note, No tactical gear is required we supply everything you need. If you have your own tactical gear please bring it. Wear comfortable clothes that will allow you to bend over and maintain your dignity, closed toe shoes (no Flip Flops or sandals) and a Change of Clothes and towel for inclement weather. Rain will not stop scenarios only lightning!

You will receive a NAEMT - TCCC certificate that is good for 3 years

Law enforcement will receive an additional certificate and paperwork so you can apply for 20 hours TCOLE Credits through the agency holding your commission.
This certification is valid for 3 years, TMG recommends the following:

TCCC completion every 2 years for EMS providers.

TCCC Every year for Tactical Operators working on SWAT, SRT or TacMed teams, or
-
OCONUS if you are PSD or in the role of team medic.
Your Tactical Paramedic Instructors are hand selected veterans who have served time in harms way during the war in Iraq (OIF) and Afghanistan (OEF) and are practicing paramedics that are serving as tactical medics on SRT teams . Some with SF backgrounds and one that is a sitting member on the CoTCCC

No firearms of any kind permitted during training, this includes legal CHL or open carry. Training is conducted on law enforcement grounds

Exception: Certified Texas Law Enforcement with current commision may do so but must display their agency badge at all times
NO FIREARMS ARE PERMITTED DURING SCENARIOS

Our training is setup to comply with the CDC recommendations. Masks, Eye Pro, Gloves and hand sanitizer is supplied to all students to be used in all training evolutions
