TCCC Instructor - Casual
Introduction
Tactical Medics Group is a leader in providing high end, realistic Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Training. We are in the process of vetting applications to join us as a TCCC Instructor. Our hand picked instructors experience and capabilities provide the necessary integrity to our TCCC training program if this is something you can contribute to read on.... Lastly know that as a Tactical Medics Group Instructor your presence and input will be valued. We're a family run business so we will treat you like family.
OUTLINE OF YOUR SERVICES...
Assist with setup and pack up at the beginning and end of every course
Teach allocated or requested TCCC topics to current standards given to you pre-course, or on day one.
Set up and pull down skills stations and document deficiencies or needs to lead instructor or management
As a group member assist in any functions requiring attention to run the course to a high standard
Handle weapons safely
At times assist the Pyro technician or moulage technician
Be courteous, professional, respectful at all times
Assist with any other duties directed by management.
Hours
You will be required whenever we run our TCCC courses.
For local courses (Houston TX Area) your hours will be on
Saturday from 0630-1800
Sunday from 0630-1800
For going away courses will be a standard work days plus up to two travel days, one before course starts and one after.
Pay
To be negotiated based on experience
Required
Excellent TCCC instructing skills.
Must have a professional appearance that instills confidence in front of a class
Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen by birth or Naturalized
No Felony or Domestic Violence convictions
Have a current license to carry
Valid Driver’s License
High school Diploma or GED
Honorable Discharge from the Military - DD-214 will be reviewed
Resume w/full job history
Candidates must be in good physical condition.
Be capable of successfully enduring the stress of working in summer heat
PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

Military Service
4+ years Military Experience as a medical provider
Current ATP, National or State Registered Paramedic is a must have, Advanced EMT will be considered if suitable!
Also must have down range deployed time outside the wire with weapons
