Tactical Medics Group LLC (TMG) provides services to you are subject to the following Terms of Use. TMG reserves the right to update the Terms of Use (TOU) at any time without notice.

Tactical Medics Group LLC provides nationally accredited and custom tactical and trauma courses. TMG reserves the right to change, at any time, in its sole discretion, the Terms under which TMG Courses are offered.  You are responsible for reviewing these Terms on a regular basis as the content and course outlines may change. TMG accepts no liability for any misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the content on this site.

 

Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation

 

Unless otherwise specified, the Services offered are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, products or services obtained from the Services Tactical Medics Groups website or propriety information or content.

 

Privacy and Protection of Personal Information

 

Tactical Medics Group LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. Tactical Medics Group LLC does not collect personally identifiable information unless it is voluntarily provided. If you voluntarily provide contact information such as an email address, Tactical Medics Group LLC might use it to inform you of changes to Tactical Medics Group LLC Courses or to survey use or opinion of the site. At your request, Tactical Medics Group LLC will remove contact information from its files.

 

The Tactical Medics Group LLC website also tracks website usage information about visitors through a third-party software which does not reside on the Tactical Medics Group LLC servers. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tactical Medics Group LLC and the Participating Institutions, their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and assignees, including the instructors of the Participating Institutions, from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses and damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party relating to or arising out of:

(a) your use or attempted use of the website, products or courses in violation of the Terms of Use;
(b) your violation of any law or rights of any third party, or
(c) information that you post or otherwise make available on the Sites or through any Course, including without limitation any claim of infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
