NAEMT's Tactical Emergency Casualty Care course introduces evidence-based, life saving techniques and strategies for providing the best trauma care on our streets.

What makes TMG's Tactical training unique and different than our competitors? We pack our student IFAK kits with real stores (We keep training stores to a minimum). So during scenarios you will open brand and place onto a professionally mpulaged actor new supplies that you will carry in your personal IFAK kits. We believe that the use of such real supplies is essential in training because it conditions the operator to reach a familiar item in a time of crisis. Our scenarios are built around simple guidelines: They need to be Believable, Practical, Enhance learning objectives, and Encompass teamwork.

NAEMT's  Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) teaches EMS practitioners, other prehospital providers and first responders how to respond to and care for patients in a civilian tactical environment. It is designed to decrease preventable deaths in a tactical situation.
